Who processes your data
The data controller is LoungeArt Agencja Artystyczna Malina Kęsicka, ul. Zana 7, 20-601 Lublin, NIP 712 232 85 73, REGON 43251799. Contact regarding personal data: info@meluzyna.art.pl, phone: +48 601 926 909.
We have not appointed a data protection officer — for all matters related to data, please write to the above address.
Contact form
If you write to us through the form, we process: first name and last name, email address, selected instrument, and the content of the message.
- Purpose: to respond to your inquiry and possibly arrange a trial lesson.
- Legal basis: your consent — art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR.
- Where the data goes: we save the submission in the service's database (we see it in the administrative panel) and send a notification to our email inbox.
- How long: no longer than 12 months from receiving the message. After this period, submissions are automatically deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
Providing data is voluntary, but without your name and email address, we will not respond to the message. You can always call or write directly to our address instead of using the form.
Form for minors
The contact form is intended for adults. Regarding the education of a child, we ask that a parent or legal guardian make contact. According to art. 8 GDPR, a person under the age of 16 cannot independently consent to data processing in online services. If we become aware that a message was sent by a child without a parent's knowledge, we will delete such a submission.
Enrollment for lessons
Enrollment is conducted through the external system ActiveNow. By clicking "Sign up," you leave our site and go to the ActiveNow service, which has its own privacy policy and is a separate data controller for the information provided in the enrollment form. We do not receive this data through this site.
Cookies
By default we use only cookies necessary for the operation of the site: to remember your selected language and your consent decision. If you give consent, we additionally enable analytics cookies (Google Analytics) — described below. We do not profile you and do not use this data for advertising.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest — art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR — to ensure that the site functions correctly and that we do not ask for your consent on every visit. We have determined that this does not infringe on your rights, as these cookies do not allow you to be identified or tracked outside our site.
- How long: the remembered consent decision — 12 months. Others — until the browser is closed.
You can change your decision at any time by clearing cookies in your browser.
Google Map
On the contact page, we provide a map for directions. The map loads only after you give your consent — until that moment, your browser does not send any requests to Google. After you give consent, Google receives, among other things, your IP address and information about the browser, under the terms described in Google's privacy policy.
Legal basis: your consent — art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR.
Visit statistics (Google Analytics)
To learn which pages are useful and which need improvement, we use Google Analytics 4. The tool starts only after you give your consent — if you choose «Only necessary», no request is sent to Google and we collect no statistics about you.
- Purpose: visit statistics and site improvement — number of visits, pages viewed, general region and device type.
- Legal basis: your consent — art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR.
- Processor: Google Ireland Ltd., with data transfer to Google LLC in the USA.
- IP address: anonymised — we do not store the full address.
- Retention: we keep Google Analytics data for 14 months.
- We do not combine statistics with contact-form data and do not use them for advertising.
You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies in your browser.
Who we share data with
We use the services of entities that process data on our behalf:
- OVH (website and email hosting) — servers located in the European Union.
- Google Ireland Ltd. — directions map and visit statistics (Google Analytics), in both cases only with your consent.
Data transfer outside the European Economic Area
One of our providers is an American company — Google (the route map and visit statistics — in both cases only with your consent). Data transfer to the USA is based on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and on the Data Privacy Framework program.
Data from the contact form and our email remain on servers in the European Union.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy of it,
- rectify data that is incorrect,
- delete data ("right to be forgotten"),
- restrict processing,
- transfer data to another controller,
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest,
- withdraw consent at any time — withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, simply write to info@meluzyna.art.pl. We will respond without undue delay, no later than within a month.
Complaint to the supervisory authority
If you believe that we process your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl.
Automated decisions
We do not make automated decisions about you and do not profile you.
Security
The site operates over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to the administrative panel and submissions from the form is restricted to authorized persons only, after logging in with a password.
Policy changes
If we change the way we process data, we will update this document and change the date at the top of the page.

The Polish version of this document is binding. The English and Ukrainian versions are for reference only.
