Price list for lessons

Lekcje indywidualne — Lublin, ul. Filaretów 6

Lessons are individual — one student, one teacher. The price depends solely on the length of the lesson, not on the instrument or the level of advancement.

Cyclical Lessons (Course)

  • 30 minutes — 90 zł
  • 45 minutes — 120 zł
  • 60 minutes — 140 zł

The prices apply to one lesson when registering for classes held regularly throughout the school year. The amounts stated are gross prices.

Trial Lesson — Free of Charge

The first trial lesson is free and lasts 30 minutes. It is a calm meeting with the teacher and the instrument — without obligation and without payment. Only after this meeting do you decide whether to enroll in the classes. The instrument is available on-site, and you do not need to bring anything with you.

Single Lesson or Consultation

150 zł for 45 minutes — without enrolling in a course. This option is for those who want to prepare for a specific performance, audition, or consult on technique. If you simply want to see what the lessons are like — choose the free trial lesson.

How Much Will I Pay for a Month

There is no fixed subscription. The monthly amount is the sum of the lessons that actually take place in that month — and since months have different numbers of weeks, the amount may vary. The ActiveNow registration system automatically calculates it, so you always see what you are paying for.

Payment is made in advance, by the 10th of the month — via bank transfer to the music school's account or online in the ActiveNow system. Details are described in the regulations.

Which Lesson Length to Choose

For children starting their learning, 30 minutes usually works well — that is roughly the amount of time they can focus on one task. Teenagers and adults more often choose 45 or 60 minutes, especially when working on specific repertoire. The teacher will advise after the first lessons, and the lesson length can be changed later.

Lessons as a Gift

You can purchase a voucher for lessons — for one lesson or for a whole series. Vouchers are prepared individually, so please contact us by phone or email regarding this matter. We will determine the number of lessons, their length, and the form of the voucher.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the first lesson paid?

No. The trial lesson is free and lasts 30 minutes. You schedule a date, come, play — and only then decide if you want to continue. You do not need to have your own instrument or prior preparation.

How much do lessons on guitar, piano, violin, or accordion cost?

The same. The price depends on the length of the lesson, not on the instrument — 30 minutes costs 90 zł, 45 minutes 120 zł, and 60 minutes 140 zł. The same rate applies to classical and electric guitar, piano and keyboard, violin, trumpet, accordion, ukulele, as well as voice training.

How much will I pay for a month of lessons?

It depends on the number of lessons in that month. With classes once a week, there are usually four or five lessons, so for a 45-minute lesson, it will be around 480–600 zł. The exact amount is calculated by the registration system, and you see it before payment.

Can I come just once, without enrolling for the whole year?

Yes. A single lesson or consultation without enrolling in a course costs 150 zł for 45 minutes.

How do I pay for the lessons?

By bank transfer to the music school's account or online in the ActiveNow system (PayU). Payment is made in advance, by the 10th of the month or according to the schedule established at registration.

What if I need to cancel a lesson?

Report your absence no later than 24 hours before the lesson — in the ActiveNow system, by email, or by phone. Twice per semester, such a cancellation is free: the lesson can be made up at a time convenient for the teacher or the payment can be canceled. Once per semester, you can also cancel without the 24-hour notice, reported by phone or SMS. Full rules are described in the regulations.

Can I buy lessons as a gift?

Yes, we prepare vouchers for lessons. Contact us by phone or email, and we will arrange the details.

Do I need to have my own instrument?

Not for the trial lesson — the instrument is available on-site. For ongoing learning, it varies depending on the instrument: for some, like trumpet or accordion, you will need your own instrument — it can also be rented. It’s best to ask when registering, and we will advise what will be needed.

Can adults also enroll?

Yes, and we have quite a few of them. The lessons are individual, so we tailor the program to the specific person — regardless of whether someone is starting from scratch or returning to the instrument after years of absence. The prices are the same as for children and teenagers.
