People, passion, and sound

Meluzyna is a place created over the years by people connected through music. Not everyone comes to us with the same goal. Some have long known that they want to play or sing, while others need some time to find their instrument, repertoire, or simply to gather the courage. There are also those who come out of curiosity, and music unexpectedly stays with them for longer. And perhaps this is what we like most about it — there is no single right path. For some, music becomes something very important, while for others it remains a pleasure and a way to escape from everyday life. Sometimes it means ambitious plans, sometimes it’s the first piece played from start to finish. Everyone has their own pace, their own expectations, and their own moment when they start to feel that they are truly making progress. That is why Meluzyna was never meant to be a place where everyone must fit into one mold. We want it to be a space where one can learn, try, make mistakes, return to challenging sections, and enjoy those moments when something that seemed impossible just a while ago suddenly starts to sound right. Over the years, many people have passed through Meluzyna — children, teenagers, and adults. Each of them came to us with a slightly different story. And each left behind a few sounds. Because ultimately, it is from all of them that Meluzyna is created.

The name nods to the meluzyna — the melody of the wind. That's how we think of music: something alive, flowing through the home, the rehearsal room and the stage.
