Small, Light, and Surprisingly Versatile

The ukulele often looks unassuming, but just learning a few basic chords reveals how much can be extracted from it. It is an instrument on which one can relatively quickly start playing simple songs, making it great for both children and adults beginning their musical journey.

In the lessons, we teach from the ground up — proper instrument holding, chords, rhythm, and various ways to play with the right hand. Over time, additional techniques and increasingly interesting pieces are introduced. We choose the repertoire together, as it is much more enjoyable to practice music that one truly wants to listen to and play.

The ukulele can be the first instrument, but it doesn’t have to be just a "starter" instrument. The better you get to know it, the more possibilities it reveals.
